Track 1 - Ten minutes of drumming with callback that you can use for your journeys to the otherworld. If you want to journey for longer than ten minutes, play Track 2 first, immediately followed by Track 1 to give twenty minutes of drumming with callback.
Track 2 - Ten minutes of continuous drumming with no callback. If you set it to repeat on your music player, it will give you an unbroken beat that you can use for healing, shapeshifting, or clearing your house of negative energy.
